Refund policy

According to Emergency Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, the buyer has the possibility to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day on which they physically receive the product. The provisions of Emergency Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 apply only to the consumer defined as any natural or legal person or group of natural persons constituted in associations as defined in Article 2(2) of Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions. The renunciation of purchased products is only made following a notification by e-mail, telephone, or by completing the form below.

The return costs of products purchased from our store will be entirely borne by the customer. The reimbursement of the product value will be made within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, but not before receiving the goods.

The consumer is responsible only for the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as they would be allowed to do in a store; for example, the consumer should only try on a piece of clothing, not wear it.

We do not accept returns for:

Damaged products: the returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered (in the original undamaged packaging, with all the accessories and documents that accompanied them).
Products that show signs of use: products that have physical modifications, hits, scratches, wear, etc.

Products that do not have all the accompanying documents with which they were shipped (invoice, warranty, instruction manual, etc.).

Products that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons (personal care/hygiene products, aerosol device accessories, orthotics, compression stockings) can only be returned if they are sealed.

Also, we do not accept returns for consumables that have been opened.

In the case of products that have been returned and show signs of wear, damage, we reserve the right to refuse to receive the product or to charge additional fees to bring them back to their initial condition, which can have a value between 0 and 50% of the initial value of the product.
